Add MT5 helper utilities

- view-report.sh: Read HTML reports without browser
- parse-deals.py: Extract data from binary deal files
- export-history.sh: Safe export guide
- UTILS.md: Documentation for tools

Prevents VM crashes when accessing trading data.
