Quick Browser Access to MT5 Reports

🌐 Direct File Access (No Export Needed!)

You can view MT5 HTML reports directly in your browser using the file:// protocol.

URL Format

file:///home/garfield/mt5-docker/config/.wine/drive_c/users/abc/Desktop/ReportHistory-104125640.html

How to Use

  1. Open any web browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
  2. Copy the file path above
  3. Paste in the address bar and press Enter
  4. The report displays immediately!

Why This Works

  • MT5 saves reports to: C:\users\abc\Desktop\ (in Wine)
  • This maps to: ~/mt5-docker/config/.wine/drive_c/users/abc/Desktop/
  • Browsers can read local files via file:// protocol
  • No need to export, copy, or use utilities!
