+## Step 1 — Commit + deploy hermes-mcp ✅
+

+- Deployed and rolled out successfully
+- Health check passes: `https://hermes.squaremcp.com/health` → 200

+## Step 4 — Deploy privacy + terms ✅
+

+## Step 2 — Create reviewer mailbox ❌ BLOCKED
+
+Cannot reach the mail server from the agent environment:
+- SSH `23.120.207.35:22` → timeout
+- SSH `23.120.207.35:2222` → timeout
+- IMAP `23.120.207.35:30993` → timeout
+- `kubectl exec` → broken due to K8s TLS cert mismatch
+
+**Action required by user:** Create `reviewer@squaremcp.com` mailbox on the mail server.
+
+## Step 3 — Connect email via API ⏳ PENDING
+
+Blocked until Step 2 completes. Once the mailbox exists, run:
